Intel Driver Support Assistant on Windows 10 Performance

Can you look at this product's code for optimization? I have an HP Zbook Fury Workstation and when this application runs in the background, my computer processor runs in elevated mode. The fan blows constantly and only when I turn this off does my computer runs quietly. If there is no solution, I'm going to stop this application from running when my computer starts up.
