Hi, almost every time I try to scan my computer, I get this msg: "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan.". Before turnning off the computer I run the Glary Utilities Pro with positive results. Can you help me? Thanks.

Hi Cao95,

I have transferred your post from the Intel® QuickAssist Technology (Intel® QAT) forum to the Processors section. While it may not be the perfect fit, your concern is more likely to receive the appropriate assistance here. The error you've mentioned is addressed in this document: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026895/software/software-applications.html

Please review the troubleshooting steps and advice given there. If you continue to experience problems after following the provided recommendations, don't hesitate to post another message and we'll investigate further.

Thanks,

Ronny G

@Cao95

Uninstall glary utilities temporarily, then uninstall DSA, restart windows, install DSA then scan .

Hi,

Thank you for your help.

But, before I used it, I tried, a couple of times, to use the DSA then scan, immediately after starting the computer, and it works well...

Even so, do you think that I should use your suggestion?

@Cao95

Sorry for the late reply, I was busy with academic work, You can do it. Microsoft recommended should not  use third-party registry cleaners ., those available with bundled features or standard alone cleaners
