In this case, this is only possible if you have an unlocked processor. The processor you have installed on your laptop (Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM Processor) is not an unlocked processor.

Hi, I did meanwhile the only correct: I let clean my device and removed all issues, that let me install the utility, but I look in there from time to time. Thank you for your vauable infos. Best regards clearname
