Hi Deivid A,

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately this solution did not work for me and the issue still persists. Is there any other way this can be fixed?

Hello ATune,

Thanks for the confirmation. I would like to investigate this issue further, to proceed I will need the following:

Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

I am experiencing the same issue and followed the same methods listed above.

The utility has worked for months, just today I cannot get it to show itself on my desktop even though it is running in the taskbar and in the system tray.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted and made sure windows is up to date (win10)

Attached is my "everything" SSU file export.

I'm having the exact same problems and I've been trying to fix this over the course of several days and still cannot fix said problem.

PLEASE can I have some help here?

I'd make my own forum post about this but I get hit with:

- This is its own problem that i'll deal with another day -
An Unexpected Error has occurred

Hi, I've also had this same hang on the slash screen but I've found a solution.

I found and installed an older version of XTU which worked.

Then I uninstalled it and reinstalled the latest version available for May 2024 (v7.14.1.12) which now worked. Great success!

PS: The older version was v7.7.0.12, but maybe an other version more recent than v7.7.0.12 would've worked as well..

Hope this helps.
