I recently purchased a laptop with an i7-7700hq and it came with a gamepass. I waited til I had the laptop to redeem and now that I am trying it gives me the error of the survey being bugged at 1/0 questions and not loading further. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Intel Customer Service came in and resolved the issue! All is well. If anyone else has an issue like this, you can't go wrong with their customer service. Top notch.
