We have bought an ITP-XDP 3BR Debugger which was working fine, but it stopped working suddenly. We checked the power supply from the cable which was 5V. Could you please help with the same.

We have recently purchased 4 units of Intel XDP 3BR kit. It is not working.
adapter's green light is coming but from the debugger red light is there and also fan is not functioning...
