Dear Team,
I bought the Intel NUC 11PAHi5 on Jan-2022 and now it is in warranty period. Now, I am facing a problem "Intel NUC 11PAHi5 power is not turned ON". I can’t be able to register a service request. Firstly, i tried with Intel customer care, but as per website information, Intel transferred services to ASUS, then i contact with ASUS it also failed to register a call. Here the problem is serial number in the intel NUC is not available in ASUS. Finally, i called intel customer care, but call is not connected. It says that "This no does not exist". Please do the needful
Thnaks and Regards

NUCs are no longer supported by Intel. You must go to ASUS for NUC support.
Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

THIS IS NOT SOLVED !!!!
This is my note to ASUS customer service today. 2024_04_02.
Please clarify if you are actually going to support the INTEL NUC 13 Extreme i9 that I have just recently purchased. I am in New Zealand. I thought that there was NZ support but that gets re-directed to ASUS Australia. "MyAsus" will not accept my serial number and that effectively locks me out of a lot of support on the Global web page.
Asus service representatives in AU are under the impression that if the box I bought has the words INTEL and not ASUS then they do not have to support either my new NUC 13 or my old NUC 8 unless it is a warranty issue.
INTEL has cut ties in all its support websites for the INTEL series above the NUC 7. So if I research anything related to the NUC 13 the hyperlinks are missing from all the product documentation. I am redirected to ASUS, if at all.
Should I just get my money back ? Or is someone going to sort out the contractual issues between INTEL and ASUS.
Regards Derek Archibald.
I feel a lawsuit coming on..... Count me in !!! This is absolute BS. I take it INTEL does not want any one to buy their products anymore ? How can anyone recommend INTEL when this farce is happening.
