Intel Pentium 4 3.00GHZ/1M/800 FSB SL7E4 Socket 478 UPGRADE HELP

I have a sony vaio PCV-RS620G. It has the SL7E4 processor and I need to know what is the best/fastest/biggest upgrade that I can put in this desktop. I found the stock processor on ebay for 20 bucks so Im thinking for about the same or alittle more why not upgrade? I just want to make sure I get the right one. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
