Intel Pentium 4 SL88G vs Intel Pentium 4 SL6JJ

Hi guys! I was wondering which processor would perform faster? The SL88G runs at 2.8Ghz with an L2 cache size of 1MB... On the other hand, the SL6JJ runs at 3.067Ghz with an L2 cache size of 512KB and it supports Hyper Threading... I know that the bigger L2 cache size of SL88G will definitely make it the more preferable choice but how does the SL6JJ's 267Mhz more frequency and Hyper Threading fit in in the bigger picture? Any answer with a good explanation will be highly appreciated... Thanks!
