On the ark.intel.com page, the Tcase for the Pentium G3258 is 72 degrees celcius. http://ark.intel.com/products/82723/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G3258-3M-Cache-3_20-GHz ARK | Intel® Pentium® Processor G3258 (3M Cache, 3.20 GHz)
However, the thermal solution is the PGC 2013C, which on this PDF: http://www.intel.co.uk/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/4th-gen-core-family-desktop-vol-1-datasheet.pdf http://www.intel.co.uk/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/4th-gen-core-family-desktop-vol-1-datasheet.pdf page 69 say that the Tcase for a 53 watt processor would be 66.43 degrees celcius. Now, this is not the same with the Ark page, where it states 72 degrees. Is this intentional?

The ark.intel.com is correct, please bear in mind the product datasheet is a generic page for Intel(R) processor. The Tcase for the Pentium G3258 is 72 degrees celcius.
