Depending on the processor model you can download the Intel® Performance Maximizer. For example:

Found the link but got the following message when I try to download it:
"\Downloads\Ewn4bpRN.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Did you receive my screenshot/picture of the error I receive when I try to install Intel Performance Maximizer?
I also stated that my processor is an Intel i5 9600k.
