Since there is no way for me to contact support over this and the company handing the giveaway for intel (hibbertgroup.com) seems to respond either I figured I'd post this here.

On march 18th I received this email from <intel@plan.intel.com>

I followed the link, filled in al of the personal information and waited. Nothing for months. Then I contacting hibbertgroup and I guess they don't check their support emails so now I'm here. Anyone have a email I can contact though or should I just give up because Intel never actually follows though on these?

To me, this has scam written all over it.

But, I do not trust anyone, so my response is only natural.

The email I got it from checks out as an Intel email, website it links to is an Intel website, I entered in the sweepstake for the Elden Ring event though their official twitch page, others who won giveaways from Intel report it taking a long time to get prizes and needing to contact hibbertgroup multiple times before getting their prizes. So it's legit.. but sounds like to get anything out of actually winning is like pulling teeth.

Still, this was from March.   It is now August.  What do you want to accomplish?

I mean.. a $320 prize is nice.. I could piece together something with the 12th Gen Intel Core i5 CPU.. So that I guess. Funny enough soon after I made this post and tweeted it to Intel support I got an email reply back from hibertgroup saying they will look into it. Major coincidence? Especially since I sent that email out August 10th so No way they just got to it today, less then an hour after.

Either way.. looks like this will likely be solved now so might end up deleting this post.

Hello there.  I was one of the winners from the 3-29 Mod Workshop and, sent in my details on 4-16-2022. I as well had to contact Intel's Twitter support and Hibbert a few times to no response from the latter. Just yesterday I got a text from Fedex saying my package was on the way. After a mild freakout about a random package being sent to me, I contacted Fedex Support on Twitter and, after posting my relevant details in the PM, they looked up the package and, confirmed that it was from Intel. and, would be here in several days and, require a signature due to the value of the package. So, I think Hibbert finally got moving in the right direction and, I hope you get your shipping details soon.

Yeah, I have a shipping # and everything now so I'm assuming quite a few people were in he same situation as us and emailed them all around the same time and got things finally moving on those giveaways.
