Intel Proccesor Fail Prime Number & Math

I had a Issue with my intel i5-2540M

I used the intel processor diagnostic tool, but the test fail in "Prime Number" and "Math"

I need info about that errors.

That processor is long since discontinued. If it otherwise runs ok and only fails the IPDT, ignore it.
