Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool (Test Fails)

Seid kurzem habe ich das Problem dass mein Bildschirm schwarz bleibt sobald ich meine externe Grafikkarte benutze, ich muss dann meine Grafikkarte kurz ausstecken und wider einstecken dann läuft es bis ich mein PC ausschalte, danach wenn ich mein PC einschalte wieder kein Bild, also PC aus Grafikkarte wieder aus- und wieder einstecken und PC wieder starten und immer wieder das gleiche! Wenn ich meine Grafikkarte ausstecke und die Integrierte Grafikkarte benutze (Intel Graphics) klappt es ganz gut, keine Probleme! Ich beschäftige mich jeden Tag damit eine Lösung zu finden leider ohne Erfolg! Auf jeden fall ich habe das Diagnostic Tool heruntergeladen und beim Testen fällt der Test bei "Prime Number" durch (FAIL). Ich frage mich ob der Prozessor teilweise defekt ist und deswegen macht mein PC solche Probleme!

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

 

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

 

3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).

 

4. Attach the report to this thread.

I would like you to try to re-install the software and re-download it from our website.

 

 

Please go to the settings > programs and uninstall from there the Intel ® Processor Diagnostic Tool, once it is completely gone, download the software from the link below:

Once this is done, please install it again, reboot the system one more time and give the test another try. This is just to rule out any possible software problem.
