Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 0 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz fail on IPDT

I went to use the processor diagnostic tool, and I came across the error IPDT64 failure, math failure .. My processor is an Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5-1650 0 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz. How to proceed?

We understand that you are receiving an error message when using the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. To better assist you, please provide the following details:


  • Motherboard model and BIOS.
  • Operating system version and build.
  • Are you getting a testing status when the Intel® PDT completes: PASS or FAIL?
  • Does this happen when you run a Quick Test, Functional Test or Burn-in Test?
  • If possible, please attach a screenshot of the error or the report generated by the tool.
