We understand that you are receiving an error message when using the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. To better assist you, please provide the following details:
- Motherboard model and BIOS.
- Operating system version and build.
- Are you getting a testing status when the Intel® PDT completes: PASS or FAIL?
- Does this happen when you run a Quick Test, Functional Test or Burn-in Test?
- If possible, please attach a screenshot of the error or the report generated by the tool.
