Intel Starter Pack Issues

Recently I purchased a ASUS ROG Strix Gaming Laptop GL503VM-FY022T, I received the Intel Starter pack within an email.

After receiving the email I followed the steps I had an error that said 1/0 questions completed. As I could find no solution I left it for a few days to see if the issue would fix itself and I came back onto the link again today and the 1/0 issue was gone but I could not use the Master Key since apparently it had already been used. Any help is appreciated in advanced.

Have you to clear the clear the cookies of the browser (History>Clear history> Cookies and other site data) or to try to use the link on a different browser?

i am having the same problem which i cant access to the next step.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have entered my key on the website using the Chrome browser, but was met with the survey website.

When I try to enter my key again using a different browser, it says my key has been entered to many times...

Could you try clearing the Cookies on your browser and referring to the following link https://starterpack.intel.com/# /support https://starterpack.intel.com/# /support to create your ticket, for the information requested please fill up the name, last name, email, country and what can we help you with, is not a must to add the master key to create the ticket.

I get the Maximum attempts reached error.

I tried it with a completely wrong key to test as well and get the same error.

Hence I am not sure if I have really reached the maximum attempts or is the system just broken. I have tried creating a support ticket last Saturday June 9 but haven't heard back yet.

Hello,

I received three bundles from my PC retailer. The "Intel Channel Gaming Bundle" redeemed fine, but neither the "Intel Performance Bundle" nor the "VR Bundle" would redeem. In both cases I received the "Master Key attempt limit reached" message, including when I tried using different browsers and different devices. Can you help me Leonardo C.?

Hello,

I recently purchased an ASUS ROG GL703GE that came with a 6 game bundle pack, but i didn't have time to use the laptop much less redeem the it and now the promotion ended. The shop where i bought it from said that the offer is active until the 31st of october, i entered the code and answer the questions, but whenever i tried to download the games i didn't receive any redeem code only the Temporarily out of inventory. Check back soon! mesaje. Is the bundle still available? If not i am very thankful for your time and effort.

I am also having this issue and so are loads of people is seems. I was told at pc world to "try the numbers printed on the box" then when I went back and was given a "new" master key, I get: master key attempt limit reached". I have emailed support loads of times with no reply and am starting to get really fed up! WHY DON'T INTEL SUPPORT ANSWER MY REQUESTS FOR HELP???

Experiencing the same issue. Filled in the master key, was then redirected to an empty survey page with question 1/0 showing as the only text. Using Microsoft Edge. Unable to try again as it now says master key attempt limit reached. Please help.
