One of my customers is using the Intel TBEC (Turbo Boost Energy Counter) software to test one of their new designs using an Intel Core i3-1315U processor, but they are facing an error "Processor Configuration Error: LP_COUNT % CORE_COUNT != 0 (8 % 6) Parameter Name: Processor".
Please, can you help us to understand the reason for this error? Is TBEC an adequate software for this processor? Thank you!

We would appreciate if you can provide the following details:
1. May we know what your client is running this tool?
2. Is the processor part of a custom design equipment or an IOT device?
