Intel Tuning Plan - Italy

Hi, I just bought the Intel Tuning Plan, I live in Italy, and I first ended the procedure for the buy, but no notifications where delivered in my mailbox (i checked spambox too), so I tried to buy it again, thinkin' it was just a server error or stuff like that.

The fact is that I haven't received any notification yet. Anyone knows what to do?
