Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for Windows 2019

We have Intel C610\X99 and I'm doing a bare metal restore of a Windows Server 2019. I downloaded the Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver but it only show it is compatible with Windows 2012 R2. The restore is not picking up the driver. Is there an Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver compatible with Windows Server 2019? 

The error i am getting is "Cannot find device driver for \VEN_8066&DEV_8D31&SUBSYS_72708086&REV_05 for Windows Server"
