He_Xi, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
We will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this scenario:
What are the correct values for TX 3090 RAM and UHD 770 RAM that should be displayed?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,

Obviously, The RTX 3090 has 24GiB dedicate GRAM and 16GiB system allocated RAM.
The SSU & XTU both reports 4GiB GRAM for RTX3090. Maybe the query API returns error results.
The 3rd-partty DX report has the right result.

He_Xi, Thank you very much for your response.
Considering that two different reports/applications are showing the same results, it seems very unlikely that both of them will be wrong.
Still, for testing purposes, please try to uninstall Intel® XTU:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032459.html
And then download and install the latest Intel® XTU version:
Once you get the chance, please let us know the results.

Albert R.
