Intel XTU (Extreme Tuning Unity) every 5 seconds send a message "monitoring is stopped"

When I started at first XTU I can't how its works (message wasn't showing), now, after some period, I back to this program and discovered that program have issue, someone came across this problem?

What version of WIndows 10 are you running? 1903? Have you applied the latest quality updates from last week?
