I am on a fresh install of windows 10 and I have fully updated windows to version 1909. When I try to launch Intel XTU, the splash screen shows and disappears after about a minute or so but the application never launches. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

All looks good to me. Are you using Windows firewall? Are you blocking any ports?

Umm- I haven't made any changes to Windows firewall or blocked any ports. They should be at default settings for Windows 10 Pro.
