So I have just bought a Dell 7577 laptop with Intel 7700HQ and GTX 1050ti. Its got Windows 7. During gaming CPU heats quite a lot so I decided to undervolt it. and I had a bit of a challenge making windows accept the drivers. Despite I got the XTU working, the Advanced Tuning tab is blank like this: https://imgur.com/yNWTSP4 https://imgur.com/yNWTSP4
Here is one of the logs:

Dell put Windows 7 on this laptop? Unless something has changed, only Windows 10 is supported on your Kabylake processor.

I installed the Intel Integrated graphics driver before nvidia drivers with ease actually, so I though W7 is ok with my processor. I installed the W7 myself. I really dont want to use W10. So is it the OS making XTU not recognise the Processor?
