Hi,
I have the same problem with the xtu. My processor is i7-6700HQ. I have set the offset values to-0.0125 and everything works great until a restart or sleep.
Can someone please advise what's wrong.

That is because Intel XTU is only for X and K processors, and you have an H processor. Your processor is not supported by XTU.

Thanks for your reply, I could not find that information anywhere on intel pages, do you have any links also would you recommend using any alternative to undervolt this cpu such as ThrottleStop
.
