Intel advanced tuning is greyed out because of the undervolted protection. My bios has undervolted protection disabled so Im not sure what the problem is. My bios is on the latest version, just reinstalled XTU, all drivers and OS is fully updated. I have an ASUS B660 board with a 13700kf. This board supports over and underclocking in BIOS. Any ideas would be appreciated.
thanks

Hello Franco910,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I am sorry you are having issues with Intel® XTU. I''l be glad to assist you.
Based on the steps you have performed by now, the only option left would be to perform a fresh OS installation, as stated on the article Advanced Tuning Settings are Grayed Out on Intel® XTU with Intel® Core™ Processors K- and X-series (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000090690/processors/processor-utilities-and-programs.html#:~:text=Uninstall%20the%20Intel%C2%AE%20Extreme,to%20reinstall%20the%20operating%20system.)
If the issue persists after the OS installation, please let me know.
Best regards,
Steven G.
