Hello Pashen,

Thank you for contacting us, I understand that you are experiencing issues with XTU (ntel® Extreme Tuning Utility) tool.

In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

To attach a file, you must click •Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

I hope to hear from you soon

Best regards,

Diego S.

Hello Pashen,

Thank you for your reply.

I was taking a look to the Report that you attached to the thread.

Essentially your system is totally up to date and it meets all the requirements in order to run the .exe file which leads us to think that the issue that you have been experiencing is an issue from an OS level, however we cannot just jump into conclusions, so I strongly recommend you to go ahead and try the actual XTU tool from the OEM manufacturer (MSI) in order to see if you are able to install it

Here you will find the MSI Dragon Center, which contains the XTU (oem version) for your board:

Please go ahead and give a try so you can post your results.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,

Diego S.

Hello Pashen,

Thank you for your reply.

In this case since the XTU comes in between the MSI Dragon Center (OEM) so I do not handle all details due to the fact that's is optimized by your motherboard manufacturer. I recommend you to go ahead and contact their support so you can test the app and let us know the outcome, so as shared before we can discard the issue being cause by your OS

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,

Diego S.
