Intel XTU install problem

My PC is a MSI GS63VR 7RF Stealth Pro,

Specs are:

Intel i7 7700hq

Windows 10 64bit

GTX 1060 6gb

I wanted to undervolt my cpu by using xtu however I can't install the software, the log reported is as follow:

I can't find anywhere the equivalent to XTU, I do have msi dragon center, but no apps corresponds to xtu,

Could you please give me more detailed informations regarding the procedure?

Thank you for your reply.In this case since the XTU comes in between the MSI Dragon Center (OEM) so I do not handle all details due to the fact that's is optimized by your motherboard manufacturer.
