Hello sanderehv87,
Thank you for posting in the communities and sharing the logs. May I also have your SSU logs so we can check for possible errors and be more familiar with your system? Additionally, what version of XTU are you currently using? You may also show us a screenshot of what you are seeing in your end so we can be more familiar with the issue that you are experiencing. I will be waiting for your reply.

Good morning Ramyer,
I have te logs attached, and I'm using latest version of xtu 7.14.1.12.
I have been trying to O.C. my system with Asus AIOC from the bios,
normally when enabling this aioc the setting TVB should be changed from disable to enabled.
this happens so that is good, But when starting up the pc and opening XTU, advanced tuning, all values under TVB remain 0
and the logs showing many errors.
so what is happening?
why doesn't it work like it should be.
Kind Regards Sander

Hello ramyer,
No there have not been any changes on the system, (maybe some small changes in windows, but not in bios or O.S. related changes).
I also tried reinstalling xtu from apps and features several times,
Also tried an earlier verion of xtu giving me the same results and errors,

Hello sanderehv87,
Thank you for patiently waiting and I would like to apologize for the extended wait. Our team is currently investigating this for you and would like to ask additional questions. As such, please share the following details:
- Could you kindly share the figures you've entered for TVB Temp 1, TVB Offset 1, TVB Temp 2, and TVB Offset 2?
- Does this complication arise consistently upon each startup of the computer and the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU)?
- After you input the values manually and select the 'Apply' button, followed by exiting the XTU, do the values sustain at 0 or do they change?
Additionally, to eliminate any potential conflicts, we suggest refraining from running other monitoring software concurrently, as there have been instances where such applications have contributed to similar issues. For further guidance, please refer to 'Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) Is Reporting Incorrect Values' article.
I will be waiting for your reply.
