 System Information in XTU Intel is showing wrong amount of memory on Acer Notebook Gamer Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-52-7210 RTX2060 6GB is showing 4GB

What is your processor model number?

What is your windows 10 version?  1909?  2004?

So we can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
