Hi, I installed the Intel XTU program. It said that I was trying to install on an unsupported platform. I saw how to solve this problem on the Internet, I had to install an older version. I did it. Now when I enter this program I do not have the Basic Tuning tab. And that's my question, why? I have an Intel core i7-3770K processor.

Hello Rafalekkk,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I understand your frustration that you were unable to install the latest version of Intel XTU and we want to let you know that the supported platform for this application is from the 7th generation of unlocked Intel core processors up to the latest. You can also go to the link below and check the list of valid processors supported.

I understand that you have an unlocked processor however per checking, it belongs to the 3rd generation of Intel core processors which indicates the issue you experienced. Kindly be informed as well that due to age, this product has been discontinued.

Due to this product being discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.

Thank you for understanding.

Best regards,
