Hello, alexey .iowa.

Thank you very much for sharing your issue with the Intel® Communities Team.

For me to perform a deeper research, can you please confirm your OS and Motherboard model?

Thank you very much for that information alexey .iowa.

Let me share with you that indeed this processor will run at 2400MHz a per its https://ark.intel.com/products/91199/Intel-Xeon-Processor-D-1541-12M-Cache-2_10-GHz specifications as your http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/xeon/d/x10sdv-f.cfm motherboard nonetheless, after doing some research I have found that some users fixed this problem with this same mainboard and processor after a BIOS update. Can you try getting in touch with https://www.supermicro.com/support/index.cfm Supermicro* Support to double check if there is a BIOS update for your system. Please share with us the results.

Thank you for verifying that alexey .iowa.

At this point, I would highly recommend you to get in touch directly with https://www.supermicro.com/support/index.cfm Supermicro* Support and double check if there is any limit set on the mainboard or if this is a known issue for them and they will release an update to fix it. This processor is embedded into this Motherboard so this can be actually set by the system manufacturer.
