Hello,
We are looking for information for Intel Xeon Gold 6150. Is it Multi-Chip Module (MCM) or not? And is there any official document which we can use as reference?
Thanks

Hello AsuT,
I am doing a final summary before proceeding to mark this thread as closed
In November 16th you asked if the Xeon Gold 6150 is a Multi-Chip Module (MCM) designed
I informed that only Xeon Platinum 9200 series comes in a multichip package and referred you to
In November 17th you asked for more specific documentation/website where it states that XEON Gold are NOT multichip designed.
I referred you to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/xeon/2nd-gen-xeon-scalable-processors-brief.html website
In November 25th you asked if possible to have a confirmation from engineering about this processor Xeon Gold 6150 is a multichip design.
I Informed you the information provided was already confirmed with our senior team and informed you that further information will require a NDA

Hello AsuT,
Thank you for joining the community
According to the Xeon Processors Resource website only the Xeon Platinum 9200 series comes in a multichip package. The remaining lower series like Gold and Silver are not multichip package designed. You can look to this URL for more info: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/docs/processors/xeon/2nd-gen-xeon-scalable-processors-brief.html

Hello Jose,
Thank you for the info. I checked the link you provided. Is there any link we can find info if Intel Xeon Gold processors are not MCM? Because we will need to give this link/document to 3rd party as part of license concerns.
Thank you

Hello AsuT,
Currently there is no documentation that explicitly depicts the fact that the Xeon Gold 6150 processor, or its family is not a multichip package. What we have is this datasheet where it states that is comes on a single die design. https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/product-briefs/2nd-gen-xeon-scalable-processors-brief-Feb-2020-2.pdf#page=2
Let us know if this works for you

Hello AsuT,
I did already. The document I forwarded you was a confirmation from our senior team. Other information than that will be design information and will require a Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement between you and Intel. Do you have a CNDA number already created?
