I have a virtual machine running on top of an Intel Xeon Gold 6154.
For some reason it won't recognize Instruction Set Extension SSE4.2, which is now required for programs like Photoshop (I get errors telling me that my CPU is not supported, trying to launch that specific program). Even though it is advertised on the CPU specification sheet that is has SSE4.2:
Here I use Intel Processor Identification Utlity and get this result:

Solution is to disable Processor Compatibility Mode in Hyper-V settings on the host.
