Intel Xeon Gold vs. Intel Xeon Silver processor for a Shared OLTP Database server

Hi everyone I'm new to Intel processors, just want to ask which best  Intel Xeon processor type to recommend for an OLTP Shared Database server. is it Gold or Silver? thanks in advance!!!!
