Intel® Xeon® W-11865MRE Icepak Compact Thermal Model

I am trying to figure out how to get access to Icepak compact thermal models (or equivalent) and the TMDG (Thermal Mech Design Guide) for the Intel Xeon @W-11865MRE processor  and 11865MLE processors. (Tiger Lake - H).

Any support will be appreciated.

Thanks David.  I was able to connect to the right Technical Account Manager at Intel and got access to the information and models i was looking for.
