Intel Xeon processors P-States

I am a research student and I would like to know the supported P-States (voltage/frequency tuples) for the following Intel Xeon processors:

1. Intel Xeon Platinum 8180

2. Intel Xeon E7-8855 v4

3. Intel Xeon E5-4640 v4

4. Intel Xeon E3-1240 v6

I have checked each processor's datasheet and manual without any luck.

I have searched this forum (as well as other web resources) but again, I could not find any specific information about the supported P-States (along with the corresponding voltage and frequency per P-State) of the above processors.

Where can I find the above information?

Is there anyone that can provide me with that information?
