I am a research student and I would like to know the supported P-States (voltage/frequency tuples) for the following Intel Xeon processors:
1. Intel Xeon Platinum 8180
2. Intel Xeon E7-8855 v4
3. Intel Xeon E5-4640 v4
4. Intel Xeon E3-1240 v6
I have checked each processor's datasheet and manual without any luck.
I have searched this forum (as well as other web resources) but again, I could not find any specific information about the supported P-States (along with the corresponding voltage and frequency per P-State) of the above processors.
Where can I find the above information?
Is there anyone that can provide me with that information?
I understand that you are looking for information regarding the different P-States for the processors you provided.
Regarding this, we are currently researching and finding the information you requested, As soon as we have it I will be getting back to you.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me the requested information.
Furthermore, if it is possible, I would like to know whether all of the above processors support per-core DVFS (Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology).
Many thanks in advance.
Thank you for patiently waiting,
I apologize for the really long delay, the information that I have been able to find is the following:
1. Intel Xeon E7-8855 v4
2. Intel Xeon E5-4640 v4
If you needed specific information about those devices then my recommendation is for you to get in contact with our Intel ® Developer's Zone, they would be able to provide you with any specific information you may need. Please refer to the link below:
https://software.intel.com/en-us/support Intel ® Developer's Zone.
You could try to register in the community part of that support and then the information should be responded there.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
I am following up with your case and see that we have not heard back from you.
I would like to know if you need more details from me regarding the different P-States, remember to contact our developer's zone for more details of each of them.
If you need more assistance do not hesitate to reply.
