Intel Xeon x3220 and MB MS-7058 compatibility

Hello guys, i have Intel Xeon x3220 and motherboard 915P/G Combo (MS-7058) v1.x ATX mainboard, will they be compatible or not? i couldnt find this information anywhere, Thanks for the help.
