Hello
I just wanna know what are the safe temperator of i7 13700hx ?
Is it normal to be on 90-95c for along time? Under a little heavy load.
It happens and the usage is about 17% only and it gets 93c on balance mode
If i put turpo or performence it is 98-100 c instantly
Is this normal?
Can the procceser handle this?

The 13700HX is a mobile processor, 8 P-cores and 8 E-cores turboing to a max of 5 GHz. You don't say but I assume it is in a laptop. A mobile 13700HX is often found  in a gaming laptop combined with a NVIDIA gaming mobile chipset such as RTX 4070. Bear in mind that the normal TDP for the 13700HX is 55W and for a RTX 4070 mobile for example it is up to 115W.

The 13700HX is OK to 100C. Laptop manufacturers control the cooling the CPU receives and all the other settings. Not all laptop makers comply with Intel's recommended power settings for the CPU. And the RTX chipset consumes a significant amount of power which all adds to the heat generated. So if you are concerned about your temperatures contact the manufacture of the laptop.
