Hi, I'm having this issue of bsod (dpc watchdog violation) whenever I start games, sometimes they will instantly crash on startup or during some minutes of gameplay and randomly on desk or web browsing, I have default settings on my computer, it is a prebuilt pc (the assembling is fine) and this started happening after 3 months and 23 days approximately.
I used the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit and it passed the test perfectly, used xtu too and there's a lot of overheating, I got some support from where I bought it and they did some undervolt and lower the power limit but nothing worked so far, still games would send bsod
I've also run ram scans memory etc, it says it's all fine
I did an analysis using whocrashed.exe and it shows that this driver "intelppm.sys" stopped working.
I updated Bios too, F9
My specs:
Intel Core I9-13900KF 24-Core, 3/5.8 Ghz
Motherboard Gigabyte Z790 UD AC DDR5, 4xDDR5, WiFi+BT
2 Ram DDR5 32GB DDR5 5600Mhz Kingston Fury Beast RGB
1 SSD M.2 1TB Kingston Fury Renegade NVMe PCIe
Gen 4.0
Zotac RTX 4090 Trinity OC White 24GB GDDR6X,
3xFan, 3xDP+HDMI
1 Cabinet, Cooler Master H500P MESH White ARGB / 2x FAN 200mm
ARGB + 1xFan 140mm / TG
1 Power Source 1250W 80 Plus Gold Full Modular, Cooler Master
MWE 1250 V2 FM Gold
1 CPU Liquid Cooling Aorus Waterforce X360 3xFan
ARGB c/LCD Display
1 Adapter WiFi + Bluetooth
1 Windows Pro 11 64Bit Spanish Latam 1Pk OEM
Any help is appreciated

ElCorvo1993, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
We will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.
For this scenario, the fact that the processor passed the Intel® PDT test indicates that there is no hardware issue with the unit and that it is working properly.
Regarding the "dpc watchdog violation", please follow the steps on the link below in order to try to fix this problem:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000093798/graphics.html
The T-junction of the Intel® Core™ i9-13900KF is 100°C, any temperature results equal to or lower than that value is considered normal and expected for this unit:
Here you will find "Overheating Symptoms and Troubleshooting for Intel® Boxed Processors":
If the issue remains after that, please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.
