Intel extreme tuning utility not working or any intel support

Everytime i load up IETU it gets stuck on this and i get the loading hourglass mouse symbol. i uninstalled and reinstalled and even tried both versions to see if that was the issue and everytime i load it up it gets stuck @ this. I have updated my windows via windows updates, my bios is up to date with the most current version. Trust intel to be the best of the best, paid top dollar and i've had nothing but issues sense i've gotten it * literally almost had my cpu destroyed do to voltage limits not being enforced, which u can blame the motherboard providers but intel should have NEVER let this be a problem .
