Intel (gen 4) 7 Processor Upgrade?

I have a Dell Latitude E6400 laptop with an I7 4th gen processor factory installed.

I'd like to upgrade the processor and was wondering what gen I7 processor would be viable to install?

You need to ask dell what processors their bios supports.
