Intel i3 10100f works without separate GPU

I am trying to build a new pc with Intel i3 10th gen 10100f. I am going to use it for basic computing needs and no gaming. Will it require a additional / external GPU for that ?

The i3-10100f has no processor graphics:

You will need an add-on graphics card.
