Dear Intel,
My new processor got damaged in the socket of an Asus Rog Strix Z370-e Gaming motherboard.
The pins of the socket got damaged and Asus was unable to repair it.
A friend of mine recommended this motherboard, could it be that this cpu isn't compatible with the motherboard?
Should i send it back? They are probably going to say that i wil have to pay for the damage cause its "User Abuse".
Here is a picture of the cpu.
Don't look at my harry legs.

YOU can find supported processors for your board here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z370-E-GAMING/HelpDesk_CPU/ ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING CPU / Memory Support | Motherboards | ASUS USA
It is not a flaw in the processor, but in installation/use.
Get dressed or cover your legs... Just saying.
