GPU: (NVIDIA RTX 3060)  (Sistema Windows 11 Pro 64 bits)

Hello, @joaogabrielsp

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I am sorry to hear what is happening to your PC, I will gladly assist you here.

Please be informed that I can only support you in English. I have used a web translation tool to translate this response hence, there may be some inaccurate translation.

I would like to inform you that high temperatures are kind of expected, especially when you are playing heavy games or running a heavy workload, the processor's maximum temperature is 100C degrees. Intel processors constantly monitor their temperature and can rapidly adjust their frequency and power consumption to prevent overheating and damage. You can verify this information in this article: Seeing Temperature Spikes when Playing Games on Systems with Intel® Core™ Processors

Besides, as you mentioned that you set up the processor's maximum capacity at 95%, please be aware that making the processor work at its total capacity can raise the temperatures up, as the OS should be the one to decide the processor's working capacity based on its workload.

  • Do you have these temperatures while the system is idle?
  • By "Intel application", what application are you referring to?

2- Sim eu usei o intel application pra otimizar e verificar a temperatura

Thank you for the information provided.

If the temperatures don't get over the processor's maximum temperature, it should be fine, especially when you are running heavy games and the idle state has normal temperatures.

Temperature spikes are not necessarily a cause for concern.

When the system is idle, the temperature of the processor is not as high as when the system is running a workload. Having temperature spikes, or having high or maximum temperatures while running a workload, such as games, isn't necessarily cause for concern.

The OS assigns the processor's capacity based on the tasks and system workload automatically, as previously mentioned. It's not recommendable to set up this manually and let the OS do it.
