Hello frusciante23,
I understand that you would like to know whether the Intel ® Processor Diagnostic tool will show "fail" if the processor reaches 100C.
Regarding this, it depends on the max temperature allowed by the processor, when higher than the maximum allowed it will actually show as fail, however if it is within specs it will not show as a failure.

I mean when temps reach 1C ( 99C )below max test will show fail. Is this normal?
And there is a message:"Please check your thermal solution"

Hello frusciante23,
Thank you for your response,
According to what you mention, it seems to be that there is a problem with the fan (thermal solution) that is being used. It is advised to check that it is properly seated on the processor. Change the thermal paste of it as well and after that is done retry the test.
It seems that the processor's temperatures are going a little too high and that is the reason why that message showed.
