Hi, Marvin1602.

Thank you for posting in our Community. I'll do my best to assist with your school project. The thermal resistance junction-to-case (RθJC or Rth jc) value for Intel processors can vary slightly depending on the exact SKU, package type, and cooling design. I am going to research about your request. As soon as I have an update, I will let you know.

Have a nice day!

Hello, Marvin1602.

Thank you for your patience. I’ve found a couple of public resources that may provide some useful information regarding thermal resistance:

However, it seems like you might be looking for the Thermal and Mechanical Design Guide, which is typically provided for each CPU platform. Please note that these documents are Intel Confidential and require a CNDA (Customer Non-Disclosure Agreement) to access. As for your request regarding the Rth jc value for your school project, it may be challenging to obtain this specific data without the appropriate confidentiality agreements in place, as these details are generally reserved for business partners or individuals with the necessary clearance.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or if I can assist you with any other information.
