Hello dear intel
I have a problem with Intel Turbo Boost, when it is active, it locks the screen in the game (Crashing ) and I have to turn the system off and on.Or my system goes to sleep mode after turning on, I have the same problem !
I look at the temperature of the processor, It does not seem normal, even though I use AIO Liqiud cooling!
But it seems more stable when Turbo Boost is inactive !
BIOS and Windows and All drivers are up to date
i used Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit and nothing has changed

Hello MojtabaX3D,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:
1) Is this an out-of-the-box issue or was it previously working fine and only have the issue recently?
2) If previously working, what were the recent changes made prior to the issue? (Hardware add-ons, software/application installations, OS and drivers' updates, settings from BIOS changed, etc.)
3) Is the crashing happening while gaming only or does it happen on other applications or even while outside the OS?
4) What BIOS version is currently installed? You may download and scan your system with this tool, Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). *Attach the log files as you reply.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
