Intel warranty website stuck in a loop....

I go to intel support and try to hit "Warranty & Replacement" it goes to "Warranty Information" page and then loops right back to the "Warranty & Replacement" page. Even if I stop the page from loading and check my CPU which it shows is still under warranty if I hit "Request support for selected product" it loops right back to the "Warranty & Replacement" page.

I've been at this for hours and I've tried every browser on the internet/made a dozen new accounts, it just keeps looping..... I need to RMA this CPU.

First, check Warranty Coverage. Once your product will be identified, request support (RMA).

Thank you but I feel you didn't read my post...... I did and it keeps looping back.

I did read your post and even tried.  Reached to the point "Submit warranty request" and stopped, because I don't have one.

Hello HnyBear,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

As LeonWaksman mentioned, try with a direct link (https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo?lang=en-US), this is because I tried with your steps and I did not encounter the same loop issue.

This problem may be related to a proxy or VPN configuration. If you are connected to a VPN, try to disconnect and if you have Proxy enabled, try to disable it.

Also, if you want to check if your CPU is under warranty and process an RMA you can contact us directly using the link that better fits you:
